UPS

Since our relatives lived in other states and we only saw them once a year our children associated the UPS truck with Christmas and birthday presents. One year my Mother bought a Matchbox truck ( it may have been an ambulance), painted it brown and added the lettering to the sides.

My oldest is 42 and he now has a 2 year old. He was showing me the plastic tote filled with little vehicles and Fisher Price barnyard animals from his childhood when I spied this one. I think it surprised both of us when I became teary-eyed.

Our son is a UPS driver. I had this cake made for his birthday which we celebrated on Christmas last year.

URN....of sister-in-law's ashes. Have you ever mailed a burial urn of ashes? $75.00 to mail this one from Georgia to PA

nhbaskets- love your son's cake. We're at our vacation home this week and my son and his family are visiting. When he gets back from his early morning fishing trip I'll have to show him.

Unicorn ornament. My neighbor's 6 year old daughter is crazy about unicorns so I took this picture to see if she might be interested in getting it for her daughter.

Underwater

I know it's late in the day, but I just got some free time with my computer. U = Ueno park in Tokyo, and this shot I call "Umbrella Girl". I couldn't have set up this shot much better if I'd planned it.
