(and yes I persused really fast another 3 or 4 sites that sell stuff which quality I'd be pleased with) Unless you decide to hunt it on Craigslist or somewhere else second hand..which what I'd probably do. But you might not have time or energy or inclination.. I'd wait for a perfect piece..maybe buying this rattan thing meanwhile because can be used almost anywhere, and should be really light.

The current coffee table seems too small to my eye, and too dark as well. I'm not sure how much is the photography, but between the sectional, fireplace, and the TV unit, there is a lot of "dark" in your room. Adding color, or choosing a coffee table that is visually light (like the glass top one My3dogs suggested), will add some energy to the room. If you go with an ottoman, I would look for one that picked up the yellow from the pillow, maybe in a multi-colored print.

Thank you all so much for the feedback. Yes I was thinking long hard and glass ones are still in my options. @Jinx I do like that glass table. It looks very sturdy and different! My husband really doesn’t want glass as a centerpiece furniture. He’s still a forever wood kind of guy even though I told him we may want to go for glass haha. But since he doesn’t want glass, I was even thinking of maybe going white or black and I do think a round table will soften the look and give more leeway with space since our sofa and oversized chair are on the bulky sideS Here some styles I have in mind! What do you all think of the bunching tables?
