I just wanted to share some install photos. We just finished a kitchen of One Sweet Talker. I love how it looks and I love the wider and longer planks. The customer service was again top notch. However, I hate that I have to say this but I feel like I need to share because I wish I'd known. This is our second house with Supercore and we love the company. We just finished the install Thurs. Sunday we had guests over. One of them must have had a rock stuck in their shoe or something. There's now a huge area of scratching. Almost a foot long. It's so disappointing. And I know that maybe other brands would be similar, but it just seems so soon and just under normal wear. 😕 I'll attach pictures in another comment to show how well they show up on this color.

@greenhearted Z5a IL Thank you! It is a tough decision!! I like the floor a lot, but it’s not infallible! I don’t particularly like the grooves, if Flooret had a non-groove option I would have chosen that! Contrary to what people say, stuff does get caught and accumulate in the grooves!! The dark color does show stuff. I don’t know what to say about that. I just didn’t like kingswood, but I would have preferred a slightly more medium brown over brenwick. Other shades were too gray or too light for me. Overall I am quite happy with it. I like the large planks a lot. Workers coming in have been impressed with it...even thinking it’s real sometimes and wanting to know the brand. Truthfully, I’ve had to take care of my dad the last few years in another state and I haven’t been there living in it with day to day use. Only been there once in while for a few days. Kinda crazy. That’s why I disappeared off this thread for a while. So it’s a little bit hard for me to give a thorough review, but I hope this helps...Good luck!!

I am having the same dilemma. I currently have hardwood floors that have been badly damaged by my dogs. I was set on LVP for our new build that's currently in the design stage, but I keep thinking wistfully about hardwood and how much I love them. I, too, am not a fan of engineered. I prefer site finished hardwood just like what I grew up with in my parents' house and what I have now, but I keep thinking LVP would be the better choice in the long run. I'm not worried about resale, either, since we plan to live in this house for the foreseeable future. I'm sorry that I don't have any advice for you, but I understand your dilemma.
