Mid century modern exterior updating

Bought this midcentury ranch house and I have no idea how to add curb appeal/ make the carport conversion look better. Any ideas?

Landscaping. Some bolder accent colors than the white. Steel roof.

Break up some of the cement leading to the former carport and then plant some grass and/or flowers. You could even keep some of the existing cement as a patio area. Still break up some of the cement between driveway and patio. Use a fence or great landscaping to indicate individual, separate areas.

We ended up doing smooth vented hardie soffits and fascia. Looks great but the fascia was tricky with the gutter attachment since Hardie says not to face nail. For others knowledge, in the future I would do the hardie soffits again but do LP fascia

Try a wood cleaner or brightener, then seal or stain if you’re trying to maintain the wood look. I would start with the back side of the pool house in case i didn’t like it. Beautiful house and property.

Um, what will your next question be? Looks like you have a fair bit of changes to make - you should have an overall vision to guide the individual decisions, and not the other way around - a whole house plan. If you don’t have a designer, find some inspiration pictures and copy shamelessly. Btw MCM is probably on its way out, so only create an ode to the brady bunch if you really truly prefer it.
