The furniture and walls blend together to make the room feel larger than it is. It would look very different if that were, for instance, cherry or mahogany against off-white walls. I once also had a tiny square office, with a corner cut out for a closet. My husband had the wall to the right of the door, me to the left. My 4+' desk filled the little wall between the closet and the window, with printer, computer tower, and all office supplies tidily on shelves in the closet. I don't normally like to face a wall, but the outside was right there with a little glance to the right. An orange tree with honeysuckle growing through it was just outside, so close that (without screens) I could have reached out and touched the butterflies and hummers flitting around several months a year. Both were lessons I took from that little rental of things that really worked nice for me. Even including facing a wall in the right conditions. Here farther north, it's a bird bath under a small three the birds take their turns from.

Hailey I would have a finish carpenter come in and build you a wall unit against the wall with your new desk. It can be customized to be shallower on the sides to fit the area and deeper in the middle to actually site at. I would mount your computer screens on the wall of that center area (like a flat screen TV) so that when not in use cabinet doors can close over them. This way when you're not working your dining room is solely a dining room and you can eat there or entertain and your work mess is all stashed into the wall built in. Get your self a nice dining room table that can function as your work space during the day if you need to spread out. Get some comfy dining chairs. You will tire quickly of an office that has no possibility of being "put away " during your non working times. A desk never belongs in a dining room if it can be helped. Another option is to get a Murphy bed for your second bedroom so it can be an office until guests come. Congrats in your new home!

Check out Zillow.com to see the condos that were listed. Make a list of the ones that sold, for sale, & have not sold. Check out the photos of the interiors. Copy what worked locally. I would paint all rooms white. Any walls that are already white touch up any scratches from wear & tear. If the walls have too much wear & tear a fresh paint job suggested. There's a reason new builds usually use white paint, because it appeals to the masses. Usually when a renter moves, the property management will do a fresh paint job to attract new tenants fast. The goal is to get the condo to look as new as possible. The usual protocol before listing a home for sale good clean bright lighting A fresh paint of white where needed. During the 1st open house, get feedback from all visitors what they like or don't. Fix fast anything that several people noted. If you had a lot of foot traffic it's priced right. If hardly no one came, it's usually priced too high. You may get an offer right after the open house. That's quite normal in this current market. Be ready to fix some things relevant on a home inspection sheet. Reasonably compromise to find a win/win between the seller & buyer. Copy what worked for your neighborhood

Hi Jasmine Morrow If you want a bit more glam, you could rotate the desks to the wall to create on large work plane. This would help hide the wires from the computers & stuff as well as make it easier to work together. That would make the wall a focal point where a large centered mirror would go with possibly (1) or (2) shelves on either side would add to the function and give a place to put some glam goodies & accessories. Adding some wall paper on that wall above the chair rail would really make the space pop & seem intentional. Hope that helps!
