No, your trim is white and the brown will not look right. YOu don't want to paint that patch of siding either. I can mock them up in a sec.

You could paint the items brown, but all the trim is white so white looks the best. I wouldn't highlight the "v" siding above the door - it isn't something that you want to highlight. If you feel there is something missing, try to update your landscape. That would make a HUGE difference!

This is awesome. This forum rocks. The unfinished portion - I have paint which more or less matches the vinyl color. Was planning to color it.

The landscape: it was ONLY weeds. Spent a ton to have that cleaned up and landscaper said to just put 2 small plants now (this year) and the 2 junipers are new (that's why they are approx. 5 feet only).

Some group called Section-8 lived here multiple families. Now, slowly transforming everything.

I'll then have the white trims painted white (railings are aluminium and chipping) and go from there. THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN.

BTW - was it good choice to go with the brown color in the first place? Was debating between black / this brown or red. SW had a huge offer for these 2 colors, LOL.

The brown shutters look great. Good choice.

By the way, it can be fun to have a bright colored door. You can paint it yourself -- just the outside. Put tape over the glass, then sand and prime, if needed, and then paint! I've done it many times. :)

No to paint in the inverted V. Leave it what it is. I would also paint the doors brown. Leave the rest white.

I know you have a ton of paint left but I wouldn't use it one the front door. Pick a color that works with the other colors but isn't used anywhere else on the house and do the front door that color. That makes it more of a focal point and draws the eye to the entrance.

But me being me whose brain which determines the artistic side was probably dropped during creating time may I ask considering the photos can you recommend a color which works the 3 - the vinyl (no idea what color is that), the brown and the white trims?

And - in 1 photo you can see my side entrance. Assuming I do color the main door then should I be coloring the side entrance too, same color or leave it white (current)?

With most of the house being neutral there are tons of colors that would work. Regarding the side door, you could leave it white or paint it the color of the shutters, since it's not the primary door. Here's some paint ideas.

Other colors would work but maybe this will get the ball rolling.

Awesome! Showed my better half. She said red looks best. She said the eyes should be drawn towards the door. As such she is also suggesting staining the brick faces in the staircase also classic red brick color but now wants to stain the concrete poured pavers. Wants to know what color will work best. Pavers will be very expensive for us.
