Very much like the medium blue and the darker blue and the dark reddish brown and either of the last two suggestion of cawaps as long as any of them have the matching wood for the door and garage doors. IF, however, you paint the garage doors, then paint the garage doors the same color as the house exterior walls. The darker colors look better. What is your favorite color? Im trying to think of a way to say that "beachy" is a bit incongruous in a desert location. Seriously, how "beachy" color schemes - that whole blue-white-gray thing -c ame about was from taking inspiration from the coastal landscape, how the earth and sky looks from that part of the world. Similarly desert has its own esthetic sensibility - inspiration taken from the landscape. I do like Chantily Lace i am just worry might be too white. I am not sure what is between Simply white and Chantily lace. I have been looking at White Dove, Simply White, chantily lace, extra white, oxford and cloud white. White dove and simply white are deffinitely showing visible yellow. I am looking for warm white without the yellow. I am trying to understand if Oxford white or Cloud White are the once. my hubby and kids are chosing Chantily Lace but i keep thinking may be like chalk and worry about that so still deciding. I saw at Home Depot very nice white cabinets that where very white but i liked them . I was wondering if Chantily lace would be about the same or whiter. A ll your advices are very helpful. I have 2 days left to tell the painter which color. All your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Is there a reason you want to paint the brick? It is because you're chasing the all-white look? Or is the brick truly bad? I had a painted brick fireplace at my other house, was there when I moved in and frankly it looked cheap. I did have it repainted a different color which improved it -- but painted brick is not an attractive look IMO. If it's truly horrible gold or pink brick or something, then go for it, but if it's a perfectly service traditional red, brown, or grey brick I'd work with it. Posting a pic would help responses.
