Design Dilemma Bathrooms

Bathroom Tiles Design advise

Looking for designer advise... I’m adding tiles to existing small bathroom. The original are walls tiled around bathtub. I found the wave tile that matches perfectly in color and texture or crema marfil, did the entire wall. On that wall there is nothing but accessories (towel bar, hook etc).
Now I am thinking how to do the opposite wall (was planning to do the same tiles). The wave tile is not streight so the vanity and mirror (which will be recessed into the wall), both will not be flash with the wall. I have some Emperior tiles (used for borders throughout), should I do something with it behind vanity or is there any other ideas.
The 1st picture is the wall I am questioning (mirror will be bigger and different vanity ). Sorry for the long text and thank you all for input!

Are those metallic elements really approved for use in a shower? I anticipate green streaks to follow. 0.o Love the overall look here. If those tiles are really wet-approved, then I guess you have two main choices for the floor. 1) a marble-look porcelain tile with not too much veining. seems like it would harmonize here. 2) simple white or light gray tiles that don't really compete with the other elements here. I'd lean light gray, as I think it would make the white parts feel even whiter, and there are some tiles that are very light "concrete" looks that would have a midcentury feel that would fit perfectly. plus, gray is better upkeep (less discoloration over time) than white, especially the grout. Gonna be a great-looking bath!

Some nice choices, but imo you have too many finishes in one place - Nix the shower tile and use the 12 x 24 floor tile on the shower walls too. They make some great porcelain marble look a like tiles so you may do well with those instead of actual marble. These days a lot of marble comes from Asia and is prone to staining so it's better to get the look a like if Italian marble is out of the budget. Never buy marble from a big box store as it is low quality. How large is the bathroom as I see only one sink. If it's on the small side, you might consider using the a navy vanity instead of painting the walls navy. The dark color could close it in.

If you do go with a busy floor tile like that just keep the rest of the elements pretty plain. These will make the floor be the star - don't have something else that will compete and create visual confusion. However, I always like to put something special in my bathroom remodels that makes them unique. Sometimes it's something small, but if the patterned floor tiles are speaking to you, then that might the right thing for you regardless of what trends are. Unless you're planning on not being in this house long, then I would keep it basic.
