Bluestar French door ovens

Does anyone here have Bluestar French door ovens of recent vintage? Is the fan really noisy? I've read that it goes on forever after cooking.

More importantly perhaps, are there any issues about opening the doors wider than 90 degrees? My cabinet guy is worried about the doors not being able to open fully, or dinging up the cabinets if we try to open them beyond 90 degrees. We do have a spacer of about 1.5" on either side of the oven, but we will have a Sub-Zero fridge and freezer on either side of the oven, with the handles on the oven side and also wondering if those will get hit.

Would love the convenience of the French door model, but wondering if I should just go with the traditional drop-down.
