Exterior Design Dilemma

Exterior update, brick painting, adding siding

I am looking for ideas to update exterior of the house. I would like to paint the brick. I am lost on the color palette. I like light brick but i also like charcoal color. Currently house has some limestone and yellowish brick( I am not in love with).I would leave the limestone as is. All existing windows has been replaced with black Sierra Pacific. Some windows has been added(back side 2 tall windows next to sliding doors and back right window) We have Black front door as well. The house interior just underwent complete renovation, and the layout has been reconfigured. Therefore we had to close up some windows in the front left that we would need to fill with siding(most likely Newtechwood Norwegian boards) I would like to repeat the same siding on the right side as well. We are adding 4 car attached garage on the right side. Interior will be white walls, black doors and brass fixtures. All suggestions, comments are greatly appreciated.

PS The overgrown trees in the front has been removed

Oh my gosh, I just talked to this guy today. You should call him. He totally gets color!!! His name is Michael Kornell, VP Sales & Marketing of Eco-Wares, 866-874-8070 Â Toll Free, 703-425-0439 Â Direct Line. Eco-Wares offers Trojan Masonry Sealer that leaves no trace, but they also have a TINTED one called Color Sealer. He's sending me the color chart of 36 colors. Yes, 36 colors! According to Michael, TCS dramatically changes the color of your brick without making it shiny, it's matte, it is permanent, and waterbased. It's a green product ta boot. Coolest stuff I've come across in a long time. Really excited about it. If you call him, get info, or use it, definitely post back. I don't have the color chart, so I can't make a guess at what might work to bring some harmony to your exterior, but honestly it doesn't sound like it would be that difficult to pull together a good exterior color combo. Hello from a fellow Kentuckian. I can't tell for sure but there doesn't seem to be a lot of gray in the brick. I do think you need to go away from the orangey shingle color as that enhances those tones in the brick. There are shingle colors that have gray and tan in them and I would take a look at those. Something like this: Owens Corning Driftwood or this Owens Corning Aged Cedar I'm not sure that a straight charcoal shingle would work. Also I would look at pulling a tone from the brick for the siding. The yellow tone now enhances the orange in the brick. I could see the Aged Cedar shingle, a medium light taupe on the siding and trim, charcoal on the shutters and maybe a deep teal on the front door. I would leave the brick and do a major spring clean up. The landscaping needs a lot of help. The columns should be beefed up. They are way to spindly. Your gutters need to be cleaned out, before you are dealing with water damage. I can see all that debris from the trees, in the picture. Its a very cute house, and the brick look nice on the front of it. If I were a buyer, I would prefer the brick over painted.

Ok, you've convinced me to go with dark sashes and muntins! Thank you for the feedback! Some more variations (I'm kind of obsessed). Bottom left is existing window frame colours with muntins added, and stucco painted (tudor boards kept the existing colour) Bottom right is dark sashes, a taupe-y casing, and both stucco and tudor boards repainted. (Top left existing, top right was an old version with lighter muntins/sash)
