Paint Design Dilemma Exterior

Hi all, we’re considering doing a minor refresh to our exterior color this year. We’re looking for something that looks a bit cleaner and appealing than the specific combination we have now.

Firstly we’re considering making the gutters and fascia black because the lighter color tends to show dirt way too often for the environment we’re in. We’re also carefully considering changing the color of the brick to match the light grey that is there now. Brick painting is a polarizing topic, but we’ve found a silicate product that best suited for the job if we go that direction.

Does anyone in this community have some creative ideas for changes that would be subtle and budget friendly?

Your brick is nice. Something like this gray/green would work with it.

I like your roof! Here's an option to get things started. BM Berkshire Beige with Brownstone on the garage. Not sure about the trim. Personally, unless there is something wrong with the stucco, I'd paint it and take the money you save on siding to upgrade the porch in some way. For me, it's too small for the house, can you make it wider?. Looks like you're creating an English garden feel. Every garden needs a place to sit and enjoy it.

It looks quite good. I would recommend removing or at least trimming back the shrubs next to the house. Nothing keeps a house wall wetter than shrubs that are planted too close.
