Beautiful room! I love the combination seating you have but if you decide to not use the bench for some reason then I would suggest 2 more black Windsor side chairs and just use the parsons at the head and foot of the table. I have white upholstered chairs at the head and foot of my RH salvaged pine trestle table and wood side chairs with slips only on the seats. I love this look - the linen slips are a nice, soft contrast to the rustic table. I was also considering black Windsor side chairs for my table but wasn't sure and then found my chairs on sale at Shabby Chic. I fell in love with them because they're so pretty but DH is not a fan due to comfort. He would have preferred the Windsor chairs. Looking at your photos, I can see they would have looked great! Can you share where you found your sign and clock hanging on the walls? I need to find some interesting wall decor!

I had a white Parson's table made over 40 years ago by Storehouse, but they have been out of business for years. It is 3 x 6 feet and clad with white matte Formica. It seats 4 or 6 and over the years I have had blonde wood and cane Breuer chairs, walnut Queen Anne-styled high back chairs, Mexican painted chairs with rush seats and some light wood short-backed chairs at the moment. I am thinking about some kind of black chairs for a change. The white tulip Saarinen table would be just as versatile.

The store with the antiquey windsor chair is closed until Tues., so we’ll have to wait a few days for that report. BUT we found a really good contender that we both liked a lot. It was not on the store‘s web site so I hadn’t seen it before. It’s upholstered but not bulky, has walnut legs, and has a nice curved back. Comes in several fabrics and I found 3 that I liked a lot including a dark gray velvet. This gray is a bit darker IRL. Like a charcoal. This blue matches our LR sofa, I think. Maybe too matchy. I liked this black/white tweed-ish. Still going to see the Windsor chair, next week.

I need the size of the room IMO the table is very heavy looking for no real purpose and I agree a very casual table so maybe much more casual chairs. I do not see a rug the right size fitting in the space , yes to new drapes but not just panels on the sides IMO that is a cheap look either get drapes that are 2.5 x the width of the rod and get rid of the sheers .If you want buffet get one the same height as the table and the art you have is IMO too dark and for sure hung too high . Placee mats will be a better choice than a tablecloth or as mentioned table runners used like placemats I do that a lot. Never put all 6 chairs around the table unless this is needed everynight for dinner .I think a large round table looks best in a space that is also large a min. of 12x12' for that size round table.
