If you will be redoing everything then color options are wide open. What colors do you like? We used Romabio limewash on our brick.. so easy and affordable. Highly recommend the product if you are going in that direction.

No dark browns. Cream and red brick is classic. If you are a bit more adventurous you can do a bit of blue or green with some cream. This brick isn't as dark as yours, but I think the blue and cream they used would be great colors on your home as well.

the gutters would look so much better in a copper color, especially w/that Jade color. anyway you can get them painted (or don't know if you're getting new ones) you could do the bronze/copper, or a brighter copper, address numbers and copper window boxes (You can order copper sheeting and make these yourself. or just paint a copper color. but the real stuff patinas w/time. I have a roll of super thin real copper. it's not difficult to work with) for the front door, I'd do the jade color, or even a lighter jade. If you don't want green on the trim, How about one of these Bronze colors? for the garage door I think any of the 3 would look nice some other color palettes

I did't know what to call the house style and I'd seen others reference a raised brick ranch so I thought that was what it is, but just knowing it's called a Suburban Colonial helps tremendously in my search for ways to update it. The door is a wooden door with a rectangle of leaded glass in it. There's no storm door. I really appreciate all of the input everyone. I'm not a fan of fake shutters so I'll probably remove them and add larger trim around the windows, as well as large columns and just lean in to a subtle colonial look. I'm not a fan of the orange brick so I'll have to chew on whether or not I can live with it and just have the vinyl siding painted a darker color or if I should just using a masonry paint on the brick and do the whole thing a lighter color. We don't close on it for about a month and I'm so itchy to get over there and start on the landscaping. 😐
