Vanity top gap dilemma

Need advice on how best to handle asthetcally and practically vanity top 1/2 inch gap to tiled wall/backsplash. Ideas considered 1) get new custom top - expensive and fabricators in area have declined the "small job" given they are backlogged and in high demand, 2) install marble backsplash to cover gap - may look odd as will have both tile and marble backsplash, 3) add marble 3/4 round trim to cover gap, 4) retile wall to bump out tile with thinset, 5) add shims under front vanity legs to push/tilt back vanity to be flush - downside will make vanity slightly unlevel. What say you?
