Has anyone replaced an old built in refrigerator with a new built in?

We are not remodeling. but replacing a 48" JennAir built in with a possible broken compressor. We have had it for 15 years and has had it repaired 3 times. DH feels replacing makes more sense because more things might break inthe future. We are looking at a Sub Zero because we were never happy with the JennAir.

What I worry about is how to remove the old one and bring in the new one without damaging the cabinets and island. When we put in the old one there wasn't anything in the way because of the remodel. It also bothers me that we are dumping one that still looks good outside and inside, almost like new. What a waste. I am not wild about the price of the Sub Zero either. DH choose that one because of great reviews. I wish we never had put in a built in. I blame the kitchen designer for that.
