um, I am hopeless at rose id....but this looks awfully like a setigera hybrid (I have Tolstoi and Baltimore Belle) - the balling, the shape of leaves and petals.........although would expect someone to chime in with a more educated guess, especially since the setigeras tend to climb.....a lot.

In the last day or two even the inner yellow petals have turned orange and now a pinkish color. Is this perhaps Glowing Peace?

Could be either but neither of those is a hybrid tea. While the coloring looks more like Soleil du Monde, the form and petal count looks more like Soleil d'Or

Thank you, mariannese. Vap also mentioned it. It's an important invention to honor, but I wonder if the inventor's name might have worked better... I've seen a few photos, it's a gorgeous rose, indeed. I thought it would be fun to plant 'Honey Dijon' with some other foodstuff-named plants, but it turns out to be a much more distinguished name than the original 'Baby Poop'. Oh, boy! Thank you for sharing that story, roseseek.
