I heard back from the tech support people at Houzz. Their advice for the IE browser problem: reset your browser by clearing history and cache then reopening. I will try that and let you know how it works after I manage to grab my computer son and get him to show me how to do that. : ) Thank you, bayarea_girl, for that info about Windows 10. I guess I might as well go ahead and add it to my computer. They keep sending me messages about it, but I've ignored them--out of sheer laziness. Didn't want to be bothered by having to learn how to use it. But it is evidently time. Out of curiosity, I'm trying the Houzz Photo button and see if it works for me. Hey, it works. Kate, almost everything I do on my phone is a exercise in frustration. Web sites don't work well, neither do search engines. Sometimes I try to do things on the web when I'm in my recliner but almost always end up getting up and going to the computer to get it done right. Landlines work way better for calls, though not portable. But frankly, I don't want people bugging me when I'm out and about unless I'm going to the store and my wife or kids call me to add to the list. My phone is mainly for texting and that is all. Regrettably I've had to use the phone part more since this stupid lock down to call a business [medical] to tell them I'm here. It is silly in my case anyway since I can't wear a mask [nor would I if I could]. I'm glad it works for you, though.

3katz, yes! Coincidence all this happened at the same time they were changing things? Anyway, thanks to all who responded. Glad to know I am not the only one who has been frustrated by this happening.
