It looks like it can use a smaller pot these peace Lily’s like to be root bound especially to be able to bloom. They also like light indirect sunlight so a corner near a window if possible. Dont over fertilize they only need it about twice a year during growing season. They like to dry out a bit but not too much or the leaves will become droopy and crispy . They also do not like to sit in water. Hope this helps!
