white marble shower floor turned gray

We had our MB shower ripped out in August/Sept 2020. New octagon tile used for floor of shower. Professional contractor/tiler did install. See photos below. Ceiling over shower is slanted. After a few weeks we noticed that starting in the back corner of the shower, the tile was turning grayish. It was sealed per tile store directions. It kept creeping diagonally across
The shower floor until entire shower slope was uniformly gray. I then noticed an apparent leak above shower near where flat ceiling became slanted. Went in to attic to find PVC vent
For drain/toilet had separated and rain water was leaking into ceiling area. I think the water dripped down the slanted ceiling and then started getting marble floor of shower wet underneath. We had a professional remove sealer and have had a heater and fan in stall for 2 weeks to attempt to dry it out... will this work or so we need to rip it out and start over?
