Please help me choose quartz for bathroom...

Making final decisions for a master bathroom remodel and have chosen the following:

Main floor and shower walls - 12x24 Venato II Matte Porcelain Tile (from Floor and Decor)

Shower floor - 1.5 inch Marble Art Hexagon Ceramic Mosaic

Vanities - Dove White Kraftmaid (shaker style doors)

Now I need to choose the quartz for the countertops and would likely use the same for the top/sides/threshold of shower pony walls. Was thinking I want a slight contrast to the white and looked at muted/soft grays to pull in the vein from floor/wall tiles and in the hexagon.

Am I on the right track? Shown below from left to right are London Gray, Misty Carrera and Honed London Gray. Will these work and is it OK to have a slight contrast for the pony walls against more white tiles there? (Trying to match seems very difficult and I prefer using quartz for those over tile).

Finally - any strong opinions on using matte tiles for shower? There will be a large window in the shower so it will get plenty of light. Attaching floor plan too (ignore the tile in the rendering).

Thanks for any input!
