Similar for me, but it would. be jeans with a blue top. Leather sandals. Toenails painted. Diamond studs. Wedding ring, which lately is a singe stone ring I had made in early 2020. A mix of bands on my right ring finger, and usually a watch on that arm (left handed). I haven't carried a handbag since March, only a zippered wallet.

Well, this is an interesting exercise. It has been so long since I’ve worn “real“ clothes, I had to stop and think. I’d have on straight leg pants (I’m trying to prepare myself for the coming wide leg pants) in black or navy, a white cotton shirt (starched and ironed) probably tunic length, a chunky gold link necklace, my tank watch and a bracelet on my left arm, a stack of 2 or 3 bracelets on my right arm, Yurman silver/gold loops, engagement ring and wedding band on left hand, single ring on right hand, Rothy leopard print point flats, Longchamp bag. I’m very boring.

If I were to go out now, depending on where, most likely my pants would be dark wash jeans because as soon as I got home, everything would go in the washing machine.

Lately it would be a pair of leggings and a bathrobe.

When we get our lives back I'll have to relearn how to dress. It's been an old, stained hoodie, tank top and yoga capris or pants since March. I put on a clean hoodie to go to the grocery store.

Probably athleisure: some sort of performance half zip pullover with my Eddie Bauer pants with deep pockets. Add a fleece vest for cooler days. Works for Zoom calls and for when i would teach in person. We are lucky we are in a field where this is our “go-to” look.

Side zip ankle length slacks (wool, cotton, or linen as the season dictates), cotton or linen collared long sleeve shirt with the cuffs folded up twice, gold necklace, earrings and chain, wedding band on left hand, driving mocs or Birdies shoes, Tory Burch tote style handbag. Reading glasses in a color and pattern (often plaid) to go with outfit perched atop my head.

Jeans, white tee shirt. For dressy occasions I add a denim work shirt over the white tee. White canvas slip on Keds complete the outfit.

Similar, but my tops are generally bright colors bottom up or pullover tops and long-ish. In winter my footwear is almost always a pair of Ecco sneaker type booties. Summer sandals for sure and painted toes all the time. Bag is usually a small-medium crossbody. Jewelry is minimal and normally is a small pendant necklace & a pair of ancient silver hoops until we stared wearing masks and the ear straps were hanging up on the hoops. Apple watch, Wedding band with diamonds and often a right hand ring. When I am going to my volunteer job, I have started wearing a silicone band only.

Light beige jeans/slack/shorts and a white t-shirt/top. I gravitate to white tops. This of course is warm weather. Cool would be a jean and a sweater/top.

My go to lately is a legging, and loose fitting top.

The one thing that has changed is that I no longer have just inside clothing which I called my "play clothes." When I would go out, even to walk the dog, I would change. DH could never understand how many times I used to change in a day.

Now, my leggings are fine under a winter coat.

I too love the classic Sundance look, and I'd likely dress very similarly. I do prefer leggings or jeggings to jeans these days, and like to wear a heeled sandal in warm months or a heeled boot or bootie in cooler ones. I am especially enamored of a southwest equestrian look, and enjoy wearing a couple of pieces of Navajo jewelry sometimes. I would be wearing a gold ring with turquoise, inlaid with Australian opal and red coral-- something I saw at an art show made by an older Navajo man. I got his card and called him to order the ring after the show once he'd gone back to Arizona. He actually put the ring in the mail to me that same day; sent it to me before my check to him even reached his PO box. To this day, that ring says "trust" to me. I would also wear my wedding ring and my diamond Rolex, which adds a bit of bling to my otherwise casual style. I bought that watch for myself with the first workplace bonus I ever received. Earrings would likely be simple but larger silver hoops and a small CZ cartilage stud.

Although an outfit that really says who I am would be this. It's all about the hiking. I am truly happiest when my clunky but protective Keens are laced up and I'm on a trail somewhere. Most of my days are spent in suit separates and it's a real joy to don my hiking clothes.

My uniform is something like this (this is not me BTW). Jeans, top, sweater. A little loose, comfy, casual, but with maybe interesting detail and/or color. Always earrings and necklace, usually a bracelet.

Current uniform, though, is more like this. Except the jacket is a down puffy knee length cocoon.

Probably the one outfit I have worn consistently over the years that might be considered my uniform is denim bottoms (blue or white), white top, and black or navy blazer. Shoes vary with the seasons and occasion. Simple jewelry - diamond (CZ) studs, wedding rings, watch.

Straight or skinny blue jeans, black tee shirt, hip length cardigan(or a jean jacket), keds type sneakers. Small gold hoop earrings, wedding ring, handmade beaded bracelet.

One of my favorite outfits this fall has been a faux suede camel moto jacket, jeggings, red plaid scarf (now retired for the season and will replace with others), gold toned jewelry, camel suede boots. Crowning glory is a mask, of course. Blech!

I have a uniform of sorts. Definitely jeans, I love jeans. Either a v-neck T, not too plunging, or an oxford shirt, very old, and very soft. It could even be both the T and the oxford. Occasionally the T will have a boat neck. I have on a wide belt, either old leather or embroidered. I am definitely wearing socks, smartwool ultra thin because my feet are always cold and a heeled loafer or boot. There is always topper; a long sweater typically but sometimes a pareo, shawl or other slips in.

I’m boring. Winter look is a pair of jeans (democracy or Lucky brand), a v-neck cashmere sweater and either diamond studs or gold hoop earrings. Flats, bean boots or snow boots.

Jersey dress, black flats. Easy. No fuss.

My fave is still a nicely cut worsted lightweight wool very dark navy suit. I like the jacket cropped a bit. A pretty high block heel, open-backed shoe. A tailored collared cotton shirt with darts and a soupcon of spandex so it has a flattering fit. White with a navy suit, pale blue with a black suit. Open neckline. Cartier Santos two tone watch, my three wedding rings. And while I have a lot of very nice jewelry, I have been hooked on tortoise shell earrings for a few years now. I have many varieties but a medium hoop has been my go to.

Is this a philosophical question? Mine would be something that someone else bought for me, clean, and fits.

I love a wide flare pant. My casual favorite outfits are generally a flare bottom jeans or even better cords, boots and an all cotton ribbed sweater. Presently these cords are my absolute favorite. I am nowhere as young or cute as the model but I always feel great in a good old bell bottom, lol. I do have long legs though.

When not seeing patients (retired as of next week, however) and wearing scrubs, I am usually wearing skinny jeans or leggings with some sort of tunic (think JJill or Soft Surroundings), flats or booties, hoop earrings, necklace, watch, etc. Comfortable and usually somewhat stylish!

A fun t-shirt/tank top, North Face pull on nylon shorts, no shoes, no bra, no make up, no jewelry save my wedding band. Of course I don’t wear that get-up to work, I wish, but at any other time, that’s me (sub flannel or ”athleisure” pants, slippers and wool socks for the winter).

Skinny jeans, cream colored fine knit sweater, brown (fly away style) suede jacket, navy flats and some of my big chunky turquoise jewelry.

Love the Sundance Catalog look, but my basic casual look is in a rut and not quite that put together. I really should upgrade, a goal for when I can try on new clothing again. Hate ordering clothing online.

The outfit I wear most often is fairly classic. For errands you will find me in dark ankle length jeans, and a solid color or stripe tee. When it is cooler a cardigan or jacket is added on top. Basic hoop or fresh water pearl drop earrings and a bracelet. Sometimes a necklace, usually a delicate pendant of some sort. My wedding rings are in transition, they were badly bent a few years back. I am in search of a new ring that suits me. In the meantime I wear a solid band with one or two other rings. Shoes vary but loafers most often.

Bootcut jeans, polo shirt, sneakers, diamond earrings, wedding set and messy hair bun or headband.

When I dress up, I switch out the polo shirt for a top and cardigan sweater. Switch from sneakers to a heeled shoe.

My usual around the house clothing is black workout shorts with a black sleeveless top and for shoes ( when I wear them) a low-ish wedge flip flop with little faux gemstones on the straps. No jewelry except a ring. Lately the temp has dropped slightly so I’m wearing ankle length black workout pants and a black cardigan with 3/4 sleeves over my sleeveless top. Yep, I live on the edge lol.

A hundred years ago when we would roam the earths restaurants several times a week I usually wore white ankle skinny jeans with a semi dressy top, two inch block heeled sandals in a flesh tone and a long necklace.

@mtnrdredux_gw does that outfit describe you or your profession? I know you are retired, I just can't picture you as the suit lady in your lovely homes LOL.

It's a hard question because I think I have so many aspects to who I am. I like variety, so things are mixed up. I was able to dress fairly casual in my past employment, and of course even more so now that I retired LOL. I'm not crazy over jeans - to me they can be binding/restrictive although I do have some with stretch that I like. I prefer slim/skinny legged pants, ankle length with somewhat tunic tops (although not too long) and a longer cardigan or jacket with a tank underneath. Booties, never boots. We are warm here much of the year so you will most often find me in sandals, peeptoe, mules, etc. I hate my feet covered. My toenails are always polished. The Mr. finds it sexy LOL. In warmer weather I prefer capris or lightweight (love rayon or linen) wider leg pants but not too wide and they have to flow/drape correctly. I'm curvy so a top that is a bit more fitted looks best on me. Too loose, flowy adds pounds. We spend alot of time outside so shorts, tees, tanks, flip-flops. I rarely ever wear a dress. I'm not into fancy/expensive jewelry other than rings and I only wear two - my wedding set and most often a blue topaz & diamond ring on the other hand. Occasionally I switch it out. I do not care for stud or earrings on a post. I like larger earrings on a wire. Quite often though you find me without earrings. I am never tailored and rarely formal - that's just not me or our lifestyle. I can be a bit bohemian and really can't pin an outfit to me because I wear so many different things/styles. I will say almost always bright color near my face and I have many black, gray or navy pants. I love white pants in warmer weather with my bright colors. I do love peasant style tops!

Now lets talk about my pandemic or at-home outfit. This time of year it is yoga type pants or slim pants with a basic somewhat fitted longer shirt. I have a couple of that style in flannel (not your typical flannel shirt) that I really like. Backless sneakers or casual clogs/mules. Sometimes a casual cardigan (athleisure) over a tank with the same type pants. These are things I can wear out for errands, haircut, etc. Now if we were going out, socializing, etc. I would step it up a notch. I love funky/different jackets/scarves/necklaces. Slim pants, dressier shoes or booties much of the time with a stacked or block heel and I'd be set.

Lars I love what you do to keep true to you! I'm with you on the animal style Prints. If I had my druthers I would wear animal prints made of soft fabrics. I would probably not look good in it in a short top like you do. I would have to wear jeggings or leggings. Which I know you hate... Does it count that I always wear a skirt or a long top over them.

My uniform is leggings or jeggings with a short skirt and t-shirt material top or a long top.

During holiday seasons I like metallic printed tops. I like animal prints during the fall particlarly and during the Spring and Summer I like soft colours or Jewel tones mixed with soft colours.

I don't wear my jade or lapis stone beaded necklaces all the time but that is my favourite choice when I feel like it.

I have a small stone ring on my wedding ring finger left hand. On my right hand I have a silver and Jade ring and a small Stone copper ring. Those stay on pretty much all the time.

For outer garments I either have a knee length zippered hoodie or a waist length zippered hoodie.

Indoor shoes are slippers fuzzy in the winter holey in the summer.

I wear black flats whenever I can outside and zipper up suede boots most of the rest of the time unless I'm working in which case I have big black clunky weatherproof boots.

I carry a pink hot pink purse with a chain strap. My cell phone has a soft pink case on it.

My go to outfit is jeans and a long sleeved T or sweater in winter. I wear my wedding ring on my left hand and usually small to medium silver hoop earrings or diamond studs and a silver cuff bracelet. Shoes are all over the place.

Before Covid, I carried a small crossbody or shoulder bag. Now when I do venture out, I wear a jacket or coat with pockets and carry a credit card, cash and my drivers license.

Much as I love the look of a crisp shirt, my go to is a comfy pullover knit, wool or cotton. Straight jeans (Hudson’s a perfect fit) non-athletic sneakers ( Cole Haan cream, DKNY black) , ballet flats or short boots. Maybe a necklace or scarf, cuff or bangle bracelet(s), AND! Studs or small hoops in my newly ...after living a lifetime without...pierced ears. Thanks to Jen, I’ve found a few on Poshmark. Santa brought gold hoops, and I got myself CZ studs. I can’t tell the diff... can you?

Most days find me in *joggers or leggings.

Just got a reminder of how long it has been since I wore “real” clothes. I shoved my feet into a pair of flats to run down to a neighbor’s (porch pick up) and there was something in one of my shoes. It was the soft-ground disk for DH’s hiking staff. I had put the disk and the shoes in my car when we went to his brother’s graveside service in early September. The ground wasn’t so soft that we needed either. The shoes got put back in the closet and haven’t been worn since. And they are one of my “go-to” pair of shoes!

This time of year, leggings, usually fleece lined, and a pullover or long sleeved tee. Today’s outfit is an arctic blue fleece lined Patagonia 1/4 zip pullover and black fleece lined leggings with tennis shoes. Sometimes skinny jeans, boots and a sweater. Always a gold necklace with a diamond solitaire drop and either smallish good hoops or studs.

Started when I was post partum; decided that stretchy pants would be my demise. So my every day (I'm retired now) is Levi 501's and depending on the weather, either a short sleeved t-shirt (usually turquoise or white) or cotton button down shirt (blue and white stripes is my go to) or a long sleeved v-necked sweater, always push the sleeves up to my elbows. Always wear my wedding rings and small silver hoops. If I go out, I add a scarf or a necklace and silver bracelets. Never been a fan of gold. When I worked, I wore black or navy pants, a cardigan and a blouse or knit turtleneck with scarf or necklace. Always flats.

Just a quick story. Yesterday at Longwood, a large wedding party came in for photographs. (weddings aren't allowed, but you can pay entrance fees and take photos as long as youre not impeding other guests.). The men wore black tuxes and the women long black gowns. Masks were present, but off when the party was by themselves under some trees. The masks, btw, were black satin. I'm hoping the. actual wedding wasn't a super spreader event, but I have to admit that I was swooning over the beauty of elegantly dressed guests. (But, as I told my boss, its been so long since I've seen anyone dressed up, I'd probably weep at a wedding cake topper.)

Jeans, tshirt or turtleneck (depending on weather), hoodie, flip-flops or Nikes. Flannel shirts in the winter. Nothing tucked in. Same two rings, earrings.

Most of the time I'm in "work clothes" which are washable and functional, which sort of sums up a lot of me, "down to earth" is often a word I hear. But if I had to sum up what's inside, well here ya go, from my wedding. They don't call me Lpink (mountain) for nothing! (I cropped out friends and hubs who were not as into our tree planting ceremony as I was . . . )

A t-shirt from some local dog rescue or vacation spot and jeans or denim shorts depending on what season. I do not like to get dressed up at all! I'm not sure when that transformation happened to me, but there was a time that I loved dressing up.
