When I first saw this, 1, 2 and 6 jumped out at me. The others I don't have a clue.

I thought #5 was "jet black", which I think also works.

I'd never have gotten #4! Good one for a New Year's puzzle though (they are a New Year's Day southern tradition for good luck).

I was very bad at this one. Only got two.,

I only got 1, 5 & 6. I got the "peas (or peace)" and "eyes" part of 4 but couldn't get the rest of the way

I thot it was three pieces of pi

I also thought it had something to do with Pi especially as Pi is 3....... but I couldn't figure out where the .1415 was in the puzzle.
