Spiral Cut Boneless Ham

I have received a 3.25 pound boneless spiral cut Boars Head Applewood Smoked uncured ham as a gift.

I had originally planned to bake a ham and try a coca cola/brown/sugar/mustard glaze. Now that I have this little spiral cut baby (new to me) am i right in thinking that I cannot get a nice brown glaze on it since it is so small and already sliced (they recommend heating 15 min/lb at 325 with 1/2 cup water in the pan and tightly covered with foil). Is there any point in using coca cola instead of water and maybe throwing in some mustard and/or brown sugar too? Any opinions out there? Thank you!
