If you are willing to clean the grout on your hands and knees, then you can get by with the stick model steam mops, But if you want to use the steamer to clean the grout, then you are looking at a canister model with attachments. I have one of the pricey Italian-made canister models, so I don't have any personal experience with the smaller, less powerful units. Wagner sells a canister model as does Shark. Shark and Haan both have stick units. All of them cost around $100 and get both good and bad reviews.

Sumod- The medicine cabinets are simple wood frames with a cabinet-grade plywood back that just sit in the stud cavity. Because of the dimensions, the front of the frame projects about 1"+ beyond the finished wall. The medicine cabinet doors are also plywood with veneered edges and they are attached to the frame with standard cabinet hinges (Euro hinges). The mirrors are just 1/4" plate glass ordered to size from a glass shop and held in place with mirror mastic and a metal strip at the bottom that you don't really see. The guy who did the cabinets just made the medicine cabinets as part of the job. I don't know about the door brand...we live in a large metro area that has lots of door shops and the doors are just solid core maple doors with the center cut out and a maple panel held in with molding. They're not stained; they simply have a couple coats of clear spray lacquer.

After you set your tile do NOT walk on it for 24 hours. You can grout it the next day. After that you can walk on the tile, but do NOT walk on the grout. I would wait another 24 hours to replace the toilet & do the trim work. Make sure you have a wax ring for your toilet.

thanks mainenell. Any suggestions on the type of caulking, Im sure once I go to Lowes or HD, there will be so many types and brands with minor and major differences, I will get lost. Most frustrating thing about a DIY project is to pick an item at these big box stores. Is this the current one grout?
