Tiling and Grouting Bathroom floor.

I know less than nothing about this topic. I had someone who was doing this job for me but he passed away and I need to finish it. I have a clean concrete floor. I have removed the vanity and the toilet will be removed right before I start the project. I have watched at least 100 videos and understand the basics. What are some not so basic things that I may need to know that the videos aren't showing me? I am using TEC® Full Contact Mortar 369 and TEC® AccuColor® Premium Sanded grout. I understand that the Mortar needs to set for 24 hours. I also understand that the grout should set for at least 24 hours. Can I walk on it at all to get to my shower? How long until I can safely install my new toilet? I can live without the shower but I need a toilet as soon as possible. I know these may be stupid questions, but this is something I have never had to do before and I would love to finish this job myself instead of hiring someone to do it for me. Thank you in advance.
