this pic has similar floor tile to yours. table leans more on the red side like your cabs. the rattan chairs work well.

don't know. can't see the whole space. if you think white would work with all the other colors in there, go for it. otherwise, pick the same color as the cabinets, or the chair legs.

Does a table even fit in that space? Looks like there would be no place to pull out the chairs and looking at the tiles ( 12"?) how much space to what looks like a counter as it doesn't even like a table is possible. Have you measured for a table?

Very small space. I doubt a table will fit there as you envision it. Perhaps a drop leaf table and smaller scale chairs might work. Need measurements. But I can't see it right now. Are there just two people who will sit here?

A glass top table will let in more light and more of the view ....a very simple base is most important if your space is limited...and you are trying to fit these chairs...whatever you choose the chair will go better if the legs match the table or the base
