Winding down... tomatoes and peppers

I bring in lots of green tomatoes that slowly ripen or rot... Still having tomatoes with lunch time salads and sandwiches but I am getting to the end.


I pick through them twice a week to eliminate the bad ones. And I need to dry, toss or use a last bit of very hot peppers.
