23 year old Andersen casement windows

Interesting question. I read that most windows have a life expectancy of 15-20 years with top quality wood windows lasting up to 25. We have an early 60s home, fully restored, with Andersen 400 casement (wood) windows retrofitted in 1997. The windows are in great shape with no wood rot in the frames and good seals. I replaced a couple of sashes due to leakage and a couple pieces of sticky operator hardware, but other than that they operate well with no leaks. For the sake of discussion, am I best to continue to replace sashes and hardware as needed (22 windows total, replacement sashes typically 30-50% of replacement Andersen windows installed) vs going all in for replacement? I can see these windows lasting well into 30-40 years but don’t know if I’m missing a major advantage of new windows?
