Anyone else experiencing significant delays with online retailers?

I placed an order for 2 MENU floor lamps through Ylighting back in early June, and my order keeps getting delayed due to shipping delays. The most recent update, after calling several times, is for a late October delivery. I’m skeptical because the shipment kept getting further delayed every time I called to get an answer, and I’m not sure I’m getting a straight response. Curiously, Ylighting’s website indicates the item is in stock and available for shipping... I’m trying to be patient but a 4+ month delay is getting a little frustrating.

Anecdotally, I ordered side tables through Room and Board in August that was delivered in about a month despite COVID-related delays.
