Heat Pumps + Electric Tankless Hot Water / AMPS

I'm going to be getting heat pumps installed throughout my house as the primary heat source. Separately I need a decent amount of plumbing work done and am replacing my hot water heater. The plumber suggests a tankless hot water heater (Electric, as that's all the home has).

The HVAC guy said that I can't have multiple heat pumps (4 in total) AND electric tankless hot water. It's too demanding on the electric. Is this true? I have 200 AMPS and the home is 30 years old.

Currently the home has electric baseboard, about 15 baseboards in total. I will be disconnecting at least half of these from the breakers.

Thanks for your input!
