I'll show you mine/you show me yours - M 9/21

We'll celebrate the change of the season by posting something from summer, tomorrow something autumnal, then we'll do some random ideas I had floating around: show me a scar or body part [nothing obscene!!]; an article of clothing; and we'll wrap up with something musical.

So today, show me something from this past summer.

Today is also National New York Day.

From the High Line in NYC, the honeycomb building is the Vessel, comprised of 154 intricately interconnecting flights of stairs -- almost 2,500 individual steps and 80 landings.

My first 4 years of school were spent in a one-room school. I loved it! The teacher would sometimes call off afternoon classes so we could all be outside raking leaves, making snow forts, etc. The inked-out part is just the name of the town.

I'm obviously not a prolific photographer. I appreciate everybody else's photographs so much. As a matter of fact I enjoy looking at your photos so much I sometimes forget to press like and have to go back and see if I did. Thank you again everyone.!

With restaurants either closed or cut back, local lobster men sold directly to the public right off the boat. We’ve had more lobster this summer than the past decade combined.

A planter I put together with shade loving plants. The plants are huge now. Hope I can keep most of them alive over the winter, in the garage.
