Tomato plants aren't producing red fruits

I have 6 tomato plants that aren't producing. They are planted in the same plot that I have been using for about 5 years. In previous years I had hundreds of tomatoes. This year I've had 2. There are a couple cluster of green tomatoes on each plant, but they don't seem to be progressing to orange/red.

I have soaker hoses that are on a timer. The plants are getting the same amount of water as previous years. They are south facing and caged. The plants have all grown to about 5' inside cages and are being fed with Tomato-Tone.

I'd appreciate advice as to what might be my problem.

thanks
