Mid-century modern ranch in dire need of some paint help!

I would match the color of your fascia. It looks perfect.

ya I would do a black to make them pop or match with white.

Difficult to do, but have tried to replicate the color of your brick in this picture.

Perhaps a dark teal would work for you.

I would not suggest painting the garage door in this contrasting color; much better to have the garage door blend with siding than have it stand out as a feature.

Otherwise, for the window sashes, I like the darkest terra cotta colors in Beth H's choices.

Another idea: If you choose a darker terra cotta for windows, you could then also paint the window sills a different contrasting color, like deep teal.

So I’ve done some painting and so far I hate both colors I’ve tried :(
The worst part is in a color pallet it all looks great but when I get it on my window trim it looks so bad!

that gray is too lavender-blue. that wasn't one of my color recommendations!

I really like Saddle Soap that Beth H. : suggested. It has just enough red in it to work with the pink.

Or you could go a shade darker.

I don't dislike your first picture of the orange-y color as much as I do not like the second brown one. Btw, what colors are each of those?

Houseon's saddle soap may work. Maybe a deeper orange like Beth's Ten Gallon Hat or Pueblo Brown. Very difficult for us to subject via colors over the computer. Only your actual view of how the colors behave in person are the true tell. Don't mean this as discouragement, it's just the nature of the challenge, but you may have to test a half dozen colors or so before you find what works. I assume you brought the color cards home of the colors you tried and put them up against the front of the house...?

Is the window sill natural stone or is it painted? Hate to suggest painting it if it's natural stone as there would be no turning back and it would have to then always be painted. Still, I do think you should also include painting the sill as I think adding a second color provides additional help to improve the look. The brown you've used might even work on the sill; if you do paint the sill, it should be darker than the window sash. Again, it's definitely trial and error with your assessment of actual colors in actual light, rather than our assessment on a computer image.

I rarely like white trim but with your pinkish brick I think it’s the best option with aqua accents (I promise this house is pink Roman brick, you only see a little in this shot)

I think a blue-green door would pair beautifully with the brick.

Alright Beth you got me it wasn’t a color on your pallets but I really did try to stick to it. It was SW Folkstone and I thought it was similar to Urbane Bronze.
How does everyone feel about painting gutters and soffits? Good or bad idea?
I did a mock up of everything in SW Tricorn Black and a saddle soap brown under the window as a flower window box.

To answer Lazidazi’s question the seals under the windows are natural stone.

I like the black. but rather than doing a painted flower box, I'd go for a stained cedar box. I think the warmer, reddish wood would look good.

or, maybe one of the softer cherry colors. cherry malt or the driftscape tan.

copper would look cool too, especially w/the black.

i just think doing a black and a brown color wouldn't look great.

that doesn't look like Urbane bronze. it's too blue-gray. I've actually painted w/this color and know it has more brown to it. no blue

get actual samples of both of these. they're in the brown range, not the blue/gray range.

I have iron ore in a sample already so I’ll give it a shot

Utilizing color on fascia, gutters and soffits will likely go a long way to complete - or actualize - an improved paint scheme. Just be sure gutter color is matched to the fascia; match it to wherever it is attached to the house. You want gutter to blend, rather than stand out like an ornament or architectural feature.

If you do decide to do something with the window sills, using stain would be a better option than paint. Solid stain would look just like paint, but will last much much longer without any peeling, flaking, etc.
