They should be able to steer you to dealers nearest to you, though it would still be up to you to research the quality of the dealers from there. It might also be worth your while to make an appointment at P-M to see everything installed, or maybe go to one of their demos. When I bought my appliances a number of years ago, I was having a hard time getting some of the accessories I wanted, and the codes were confusing the people at the store. The P-M rep came to the store and was great help in tracking down the right pieces and getting them delivered to me.

Mission Pools - Stay away Our familyÂs personal experience - I called into Mission Pools back in April this year to request a repair as part of my tile on the right face of my Mission Pools spa was falling off. I explained this exact sort of thing had happened some time ago (2005) on the left half of the Spa and was repaired after my initial call as a warranty issue in 2005. Now they refuse to repair the exact same of problem under warranty on the right half of the spa and have e-mailed me an excessively high quote for repair of $5,000! This has now become a health and Safety issue as tile is unstable and a hazard to children and adults alike and a liability to our family and Mission Pools as Mr. Dunn (Owner) and their service department are aware of the situation. I have been down this road once before at the time of the construction with Mission Pools. The Spa needed to be completely rebuilt (jack hammered out and completely reformed) due to a poor workmanship, structural issues and irregular forming. I had to go to war with them then and apparently I do now. Bruce Dunn wonÂt give you the time of day until you file a complaint with the California contract licensing board  Stay away!!

TheFranLover, good luck with your project! Did you have to go thru the Coastal Commission for your remodel? How long did it take and how painful? We're also thinking of remodeling a very old home (1950), not yet purchased. It's still in an exploratory phase to see how feasible and expensive it's going to be. The house hasn't been remodeled in 60 years, and not liveable. We're thinking of doing it in 2 phases. 1) Keep same footprint and remodel interior walls. Exterior walls are also badly damaged, so to remodel that, do we need a permit? Redo electrical, plumbing, gas lines. We want to do enough to be able to live in it, while applying for a permit to build it up or out. 2) Add another story up, but hear the coastal commision may take a long time to approve anything. We just got back from a week long trip with a 3 year old. He was not all that impressed with the zoo--I love the zoo and was not impressed with it either. The bus tour basically just showed you where the animal attactions were--most of the time you could not really see anything. He loved the train ride in Balboa Park. We did not have time to do any of the museums. We did the Wild Animal Park and he liked that much better than the zoo. It was a LOT of walking though. They were having a dinosaur exhibit that he really liked. His favorite things there was the Lorikeet feeding and carousel that was full of wild animals--not the standard horses like other carousels. We went on a tour of the USS Midway--he was not interested at all. We did a bay tour with one of the companies there on the bay and he loved that. Bring lots of quarters if you go downtown because it's all meter parking. While there we went over to Seaport Village and he loved that. They have a large fountain that fascinated him as well as a beautiful antique carousel ride from 1895 (all wooden horses). He loved the pizza place there and the candy shop. We went to Coronado one day and he loved the beach/ocean. He would have been happy with any beach/ocean though. We went to La Jolla on our way back from the Wild Animal Park and it was beautiful but it would have been too rough for him to play in the water. We didn't make it to Legoland because we also had a teenager with us. We also didn't go to Seaworld just becaues we have one near us and go all the time.
