Need a tempered glass shelf with EXPOSED hardware!

All of the contemporary glass shelves (with chair rails) , that I have seen, have a metal piece bolted (screwed) to wall and then the decorative hardware affixed with a set-screw. Thus the decorative hardware hides the wall screws. So, if the set screw comes loose, down comes your shelf. I want hardware that is directly anchored to the wall and if the screws are exposed it's ok. The ONLY shelf I found that is like this is one from Vintage Hardware and Lighting...unfortunately our bathroom is transitional (not vintage)....has anyone seen a tempered glass shelf (with a gallery rail so bottles don't get bumped) that has exposed hardware directly bolting to wall (NO SET SCREWS INVOLVED)....I supposed a real shelf bracket would work but I would rather purchase the rail and the bracket and the shelf as an assembly. I attached an image of an example of the kind of mounting I like....(I could make this myself but drilling glass for a gallery rail would be tricky)
