Dig it out with a small chisel, gouging tool, or drill it out just enough to add a thin layer of the right color putty. Touch up finish, or get the wax based touch up stick which is a putty intended for use after the finish is applied.

Spisland, I enjoy your sense of adventure! I figured I'd probably run into floor problems when I made the decision to install narrow cabinets at the window end of the kitchen, and I decided that whatever problems cropped up could be addressed in a fun way. I like the idea of a playful bistro area, which might minimize the narrow, linear feel of my galley kitchen. But, I wonder if too much differentiation would make the kitchen seem even smaller than it already is, because one third would be visually set off as a separate space. I'm glad I don't have a tight deadline... this will take some mulling.

had the same awful experience. bought a total of 5 premade sparkly quartz counters from Window Depot. Paid $420. a slab. $2400. install. Kitchen came out terrible. Devalues the house. Window Depot will replace 1 slab. $750. install. Slabs still wont match. Best outcome is it might look better. Buyer Beware!

Hi Alexandra, keeping in and you temporary liw budget and using the cabinets and appliance for the color scheme I put tower some options in an ugly unmatched kitchen idea book but here are some of my picks from it below. in addition I would spray paint your cabinet hinges a matte black and for your door (assuming pantry by the fridge either matte black for it and the trim or using white distressing wax to give it more character or stain it with weather wash stain. hope this helps the wallpaper for above the cabinets but if you don't like that then a nice creamy white paint would be nice.
