Soil blocking drainage holes in worm bin

So, a few months ago, I started a worm bin. I will leave a link at the end of this thread so you can see exactly what kind of worm bin I'm using. Things have gone well so far, but recently I've run into a big problem. When we started the worm bin, we added some soil the bin (looking back on it this was a HUGE mistake). Worms live in dirt, so you'd think this would be a good thing, but the problem is the dirt is clogging up the drainage holes. My question is what is the best way to get rid of the soil but still keep the eggs, worms, and castings (the stuff that I want)?

This is the bin I am using. I am not endorsing this product.
