Void Above Front Door

We recently bought an 1880s colonial farmhouse, and the exterior is in need of some help. Aside from a paint job and removing the shutters and old awning hardware, and painting the window trim, we feel like something needs to be done about the void above the front door. The previous owner had an iron “W” there for the first letter of their last name, but that’s not really our style. We considered seasonal wreaths, but I’ve never seen that done and worry that it would look a little hokey.

If we were to put another window in the blank space above the door, it would be inside and upstairs closet, and I don’t think it would be possible for the three upstairs windows to be evenly spaced which might look even worse than the void.
Does anyone have an idea that could work like a decorative window or something we could do in the front porch area to make it look less bare?

Thank you in advance for your thoughts!!
