lighting type and placement in off centered bathroom vanity

We are remodeling our master bathroom. We wanted to remove the full wall mirror and install single mirrors over each sink and the makeup area. My dilema is with this sink that is not centered under this wall. I planned on installing a double sconce to the right of sink to help fill in the large space and take away from the fact that the sink is not centered. If we hang a normal size mirror above the sink, there will not be enough room for a sconce on the left side.

So, would it be better to keep the wall size mirrors and just get new lighting for above the mirrors? Replace with individual mirrors and stick with lighting above mirrors? Or replace with individual mirrors and only install a double sconce on the right side of this mirror?

If anyone has any ideas/solutions to balance this off-centered sink, I would greatly appreciate hearing them!
