Salvia and Lupine leaves look like lace and other plant issues...ugh

Zone 6b here. I planted a new garden bed a couple weeks ago, everything was going great, today I noticed the leaves on the Salvia and Staircase Lupine have lace like holes, is this from earwigs? Pill bugs? Or is it another issue? Also, my Shasta Daisy looks awful, completely dead in the center and wilted, I’m guessing rot? I gave it a good watering this weekend and then later that same day we had a HUGE downpour of rain. It looked just fine last week.

and finally in the last pic, my Sunsation Japanese Barberry’s are looking fried, leaves falling off. I bought two at a local nursery and one was looking great but the other was looking a little sad when I bought them, but now both look bad. I googled issues with this shrub and I came to the conclusion that it must be wilt and there’s nothing I can do but take them out and dispose of them? Or is it something else? Anyone else have these issues? I feel like the world‘s worst gardener lol
