You know if Miss Glenda gives the okay for them, they are fabulous and so are Sister Schubert's frozen yeast rolls. If you haven't tried them, you should check them out as well. Comments (16)I made a Caprese omelet for DB and me. Basically, just a plain omelet cooked with olive oil until almost done, and then I layered thinly sliced vine ripened tomato (from my yard) sprinkled with a chiffonade of basil and black pepper plus buffalo mozzarella and Parmigiano Reggiano. I served it with whole grain garlic toast. My sister and BIL had granola with blueberries and yogurt before I got up, but DS ate some of the leftover omelet. Comments (15)I just woke up about an hour ago. Making hard shell beef tacos. Leftover meat mixture I froze before my trip. I had one large tomato that was edible from my garden and so decided to thaw out the mixture yesterday so had to go buy onions and lettuce. Comments (16)Sundays and Wednesdays are 'egg' days. I made scrambled today and warmed up some frozen cinnamon butter pecan coffee cake -- OJ and coffee I managed to make via the pour-over method.
