Looking at these pictures, I also used the Dynamic mount for my Samsung 65". But the WAF plummeted because it hid the fireplace, so back to Costco and exchange for a 60". See attached pic. I'm very happy with the installation and ease of use. In the "up" position, it looks like a normal above-the-fireplace mount.

Seriously, our friend who is a contractor saw ours and stopped in his tracks and said after seeing it that he didnt know why anyone would not have this instead of a blank, black tv. In this house, with our furniture arrangement, over the FP was really the only place for a screen on the main floor. I suffered with the “black hole” effect for a year and a half before I finally ordered this over Dh's objections. The artwork’s appearance has made a significant difference in how much I use our main living area. There is a bit of set up involved in getting the subscription to the rotating art collection (at an additional fee) that was a little frustrating; google and/or search on youtube for a walk through of the process. Also, the remotes are light powered (batteries recharged by leaving them in room light) so they have to be left out solar cell side up to recharge. If you put the remote in a drawer or any kind of holder the batteries will die and cant be replaced—you just have to recharge it with light. We considered getting a second remote but they are proprietary and very expensive and DH was indignant over the cost, lol. After we realized what we had to do with the remote to keep it charged it became a habit to lay it bottom side up so to speak. (There is an app to use your phone as a remote but it is awkward and inconvenient.) And even with those caveats the frame tv with an additional deco frame is one of the most satisfying nonessential purchases we’ve made for our house ever.

We need more details on exact measurements for the TV and the openings and areas for potential. Also, what is outside the windows/ doors to the left of the mantle? Do you have a lovely view or one you prefer to hide? Do you need privacy? All these factors will play into what goes above the mantle and where to locate the TV. We also don't see any of the other walls in your room. However, if the TV doesn't fit above the mantle (or if you're dealing with too much glare by the window/ door) so that it cannot be placed there, you still have other options. My pic shows the area I would say to cut out of the built ins - have it done professionally by a finish carpenter! Eliminate the top and bottom short shelves which are above and below the TV - it's too much visual clutter around the TV... you need it more open.
