Timeless Wood Flooring appears to be associated with GemCore flooring. Gemcore is produced by RewardFlooring which is a subsidiary of Galleher (a group of companies). The Timeless website tells me it has been written by a non-native English speaker. The spelling is 'Canadian' (ie. honour vs honor; colour vs. color).

The testing was done for TRC Distribution ( 3420-12 St. NE, Bay 108, Calgary, AB, Canada ). That's where we START to find the people who we are looking for. Whew! Fun isn't it?

I live just a few minutes drive from the 'Vancouver" location (Delta BC in fact). I would say the Timeless Flooring is a off-brand that this company has decided to 'market' as their own. They have multiple manufacturers all over Asia. They bring in the wood and then box it with a 'no-name-brand' like Timeless Flooring.

I'll look up the other name once I catch my breath! That's a LOT of digging...makes you wonder doesn't it?

OK... Goodfellows feels MUCH better when it comes to investigation. They are out of Montreal from 1898....they carry Bruce, Armstrong, etc. East Coast companies normally deal with Europe (cheaper to import than to Asia) whereas West Coast Companies normally deal with all of Asian (much cheaper to bring in than import from Europe)....and it is a shorter flight to Asian if you relocate to the Western seaboard of Canada.

San Marino appears to be one of the brands/lines of hardwood Goodfellows carry. But....I still cannot find anything related to this line. There are no documents re: finish, ply, material/species.

Again this is an indication of an 'off-brand' of something. They have other lines I don't recognise which means they are actively making or importing their own product for their own use.

I would feel MUCH better going with this company rather than Timeless. Just a feeling.

I just installed timeless floors (oak Oxford) and it looks really good. I was able to make stair nosing out of it too. Like any engineered product, it scratches easy. I live in Langley BC Canada. What product did you end up going

Hi Jodi, do you have a picture of the hardwood floors installed by timeless? Our flooring company said they never really sell it but we like the look of the Natural Timeless Milano collection.

Just seeing these comments now! I ended up going with timeless as well. Here are some pics. Haven’t been in the house long, but we like it!

Thank you so much!! It looks great!! Em- just curious when was this installed and how’s the quality? The wear warranty and finish on our sample says 15 years and many other engineered hardwood we looked at said 25-50 years depending on the brand so we were a little worried about the quality/warranty.

We did a renovation last year and used the Timeless Oak Vasto from the Costa collection. We had it installed throughout the entire house and it’s beautiful! Our contractor who is a carpenter by trade said it was one of the best products he’s ever worked with. It’s been a year, we have a medium sized dog and so far no issues.

Em, which colour from the kootenay collection did you end up going with?

Used Timeless floors - deeply regret it!

Worst quality ever. Their "character" grade is not character but a grade lower cheap "Cabin grade" based on the color variation. mineral streaks etc.

Horrible result, opposite to the sample seen in the store. Never again.

They claim the floor was "Character" floor, while in fact based on color variation (which was odd and wild to say the least, and resulted in warranty board replacements), and the mineral streaks, it's more of a lower cheap "Cabin" grade.

It's totally different from the samples shown in the stores, and what you imagine is not what you get. The result will leave you in deepest regrets! Never again!
