Bluestar RCS304BV2 during a power outage

We are looking to buy Bluestar RCS304BV2 for our kitchen renovation, and one of the requirements is that we must be able to operate the burners during a power outage.

I’m looking at Bluestar manual and it says “In the event of a power failure, do not attempt to operate the appliance or light any of the burners. This is a gas fired appliance that uses electrical components such as the ignition and safety devices.”

In contrast, the manual for Capital range MCOR304N (our 2nd choice) says “During a power failure, you can manually light the range burners with match.”

Does it mean that Bluestar is definitely a no? Any ideas why their manuals say different things if both can be lit with a match? Thank you in advance!
