Help! Need ideas for updating my early 90's Colorado home
Comments (1)My sister had a very generic back yard/patio. A few years after moving in they decided to re-do the entire back area. She had 3 landscape firms draw up plans, explaining that she wanted each to provide their best ideas and bid on the project. She picked the one that best fit her needs, but did end up incorporating some ideas from all 3....See MoreNeed exterior paint color guidance on red/cream brick home
Comments (1)Adding to my original post - The first pics I included are of the House as it is now. It shows the reddish brownish creamish brick & shows how it looks in different light. The last pic is of the Estate Gray color roof we are having done. I will now post a pic of the cedar color we like for the stain on the replaced posts on the front porch, as well as the Sherwin Williams Mt. Etna color we were thinking of - but it might be too dark......See More90s house needs a facelift!
Comments (7)Very nice home! I would dig out all your current landscaping and get new. It currently looks over grown/old. New landscaping would make a big difference. Do you put flowers out in the Summer or decorate for Fall (mums, pumpkins)? That would give you some color too and add interest. I would also replace the garage lights with something larger. On your curved brick porch entrance cover, the two beige squares on each side, are those decorative or can you put lights there? I would also paint the side light(s) of the door the same green as your front door. (It looks like they are beige). See how that looks and then go from there. My DH would love the width of your driveway! Let us know what you decide to do....See MoreWhat color trim for 90s red brick?
