Today's question, looks like it is a palindrome, so maybe it's a fear of them? Possibly a made-up word?

It just kind of makes sense (to my slightly warped way of thinking). A 'Phopia' is usually a fear of something. 'Aibohp' is 'phobia' spelled backwards. So maybe instead of a fear of palindromes, it's a fear of words spelled backwards. Or maybe it's a fear of phobias. Sounds more scientific than 'phobiaphobia' would.
