Comments (25)Here's more comments-- May- you're so right about the memorium-- even on the big screen in HD. who the heck could read them! Ben Stiller was parodying Joaquin Phoenix's appearance on last week's David Letterman. Phoenix must have been in an altered state and yes, that's how he looked and sounded! Yep on the plastered down hair--SJParker's looked awful too! Could someone have smoothed the flyaways on Jenn Aniston's? On the red carpet, Amy Adams' hair was falling apart, someone cleaned it up by showtime! Anne Hathway changed out of her gorgeous dress for the opening number, too bad! Angelina's emeralds looked fake to me too. No settings, just big stones. Sophia Loren- Her face didn't move an inch! Can you say Botox? And her messy hair and frilly dress with the hand on the hip LOL? She's an icon, that's for sure! Reese Witherspoon's dress, I really hated the top of it, but the bottom seemed very pretty. I thought that her hair was not at all flattering, but she wore it that way another year too. Didn't love Kate Winslet's hair or gown, but she looked regal and movie star-esque! I didn't see the Reader, so no comment, but she's looking matronly! Glamour? Natalie Portman, Alicia Keys, so many! Here is a link that might be useful: Joaquin Phoenix...See MoreQuestion regarding bathroom fans
Comments (2)IMHO it is advantageous to have the fan and light operate independently. It is often desireable to have the fan run for a while afterwards (especially after eating beans) and that way you avoid having to leave the light on also. They have great electronic fan timer switches with preset time buttons (5-10-20-30 or 10-20-30-60 minutes) that are ideal for toilet fans (otherwise known in the trades as fart fans). In order to have separate switches you will need to run an additional switch wire, however, if you are going to add a wall to enclose the toilet, it's pretty simple to run the wiring at that time. Most fan light combos have the ability to operate separately. It's also pretty easy to drop in a recessed can light and have a fan only unit....See MoreFor you Cabinet Coat fans: new product coming soon from Insl-x
Comments (7)Something interesting I discussed with the Miami store was the possibility of mixing the CC colors. None of those pastels appeals to me, right out of the can. But, I thought about using the gray to knock the blue or green down a bit. He said it was doable. I still don't think I will paint my cabs though. They're such crummy quality, it hardly seems worth the effort. Maybe I should think about eventual re-sale. Or just do the bathroom vanity for fun and to get that leveling experience. Geez, I can't believe I paint for entertainment!...See MoreSurvivor Fans.......
Comments (14)Was I the only one yelling at Ami last night? The tears, the lies, all of that BS she was doing to save her butt. And "thanking" Eric so sincerely for bringing all this to light so as to make her feel like she was finally a member of the tribe. Phooey! She was trying to make him feel stupid. And she was lying to Ozzy's face when she said she never would have voted against him. Wasn't she the main instigator 2 weeks ago to get rid of him, blind-side him? I thought Eric was outstanding last night in his quiet kind of way. He worked hard at the reward AND played the game, too. Too bad Ozzy didn't get to see how hard Eric worked to bring home the reward. I blame Amanda for giving him HER last turn, that's when he hurt himself. If she had pulled her own weight, at least he wouldn't have gotten hurt AND gotten the most blame for losing reward. I bet he cracked a rib or 2. Next week does look fun! lol And a bunch of peeps know that Ozzy has the hidden immunity idol, I am sure some of them will blab it to others....See Moresushipup1
