It's too confusing for me....I think all the rugs seem to go much better with the carpet color in the room pictures---which you say is not representative--- instead of your actual background sample. It is hard not to choose based on the "wrong" color in your collage. but it looks like the rugs are all very similar in color and composition, so if you like them all I am sure the one you pick will go as well as any other. I decided against shag cause i have to vacuum so frequently due to our dog and i heard shags are difficult to vacuum. im considering this one now. reviews say easy to vacuum. but im still thinking maybe grey or a tan cause i see it so often with grey couches. im pretty sure the one on amazon is the same just and its better priced.

You have to paint Brown color for the roof and light cream for the bricks if you want an antique look because you putting in question you love the antique look you have to paint the gray color for the bricks and Light cream for the roof.
