Comments (80)LOL Becky!!! What made me have a fear of it was because I watched the guy till up my garden area and I thought that thing was gonna shoot straight up in the air a few times. I almost went running across the garden at one point to catch him! Which would have probably hurt me more than him! HAHAHA! Good thing he didn't see me, he probably would have died laughing at me. I'll use the lawn mower, weed eater, edger and blower though... Go figure. ROFL! (At least Becky has an excuse not to mow! LOL) Bonnie! That's funny too! Neighbors, ain't they great for a good laugh. :D Christy, I'll cross my fingers that you get that tiller when they move. :) I did my flower beds by hand again this year and it was horrible! Took me 2 weeks to get them right. Don't wanna do that again EVER!...See MoreManufacturer Rebates + Stimulus Rebate

Comments (4)There was a sharp spike in sales in the run-up to the original 11/30/09 tax credit expiration, and then sales dropped sharply. The 11/30/09 credit probably pulled substantial demand forward, and the current credit will probably pull a little more forward. Thus, there is reason to expect a drop in demand after expiration, but it is more than that. The Federal Reserve is creating money and using it to buy $1.25 trillion of mortgage-backed securities. This action holds down mortgage rates and boosts the broad economy generally, but the program will end 3/31/10. Further, the FHA has grown from 2%-3% of the mortgage market to >= 30% of the market since the crisis started, but the FHA has taken heavy losses and (slightly) tightened its lending standards in response (beginning this year. These three government props to the market are important and they will be withdrawn or weakened by the middle of the year, but there is another important problem. There are many distressed sales in the pipeline. It is highly likely that there will be even more distressed sales in 2010 than in 2009 (with an increase in the percentage of short sales relative to foreclosures). For these reasons, I expect sales volume to fall sharply by summer, and prices will follow sales with some lag. Of course, these projections apply to the U.S. as a whole and local markets will vary. Comments (2)Hi "obmastim"... The odd 'coincidence' that your freshly registered username just so happens to coincide with a supposedly non-related website you are asking about raises immediate suspiscion that you are emrely a spammer. Then, when I visited the site you linked, and I see it is nothing but a generic advertisement selling page, I put 2 and 2 together; You're trying to drive up hit counts to this page at minimum, and hopefully drive additional hit counts to the links you've sold to the suckers on that page. If I am being overly cynical, I apologize... we get a fair share here of what I just described, and you're amazingly identical. If your question is sincere, then you can get all the details & verification you want from the government's explanative website; http://www.makinghomeaffordable.gov/ Cheers, Dave Donhoff Leverage Planner PS.
