Holly are you saying i have to replace all of the crown in the kitchen? I am not trying to save anything between the 2 windows where the range area is currently. I am ok with the expense and have already gotten the quotes from the cab company and for the modernaire hood insert. But for the cost I want to be sure want to be sure about not using the vv96 in that area and the staggered cabs. I know what I have is really nice, it is just not what I want.

The Master Pools Guild and Jandy websites have large galleries of photos that may be helpful. Make a 'must have' list and a 'wish' list. Beware: A lot of pb's are in financial trouble right now and need to sell a pool in order to get the cash to finish the one they are working on now. This means your pool may not get done until they sell the next one (if ever). If its too good to be true it probably is. Ask for references, check BBB, Angie's list, etc.

How far from there will the pool be? And how close can you get the color? I would be hesitant to rip that up! It looks beautiful!! What are the contrasting options? And what does the pool professional recommend? I personally would maybe shrink the patio a bit. And separate it with a gate ( bc obv you’ll need one. ) but on the sides of the gate I’d do planter boxes. So you really won’t see the pool and the patio together. Am I making any sense at all? Cuz in my head this sounds beauty lol.

It seems placement could work centered or offset, but without the sconces only. According to your sketch, the sconce is too close to the hall. If the artwork is offset from the table, you have the balance and massing from the sideboard, so picture yourself sitting in the family room. First, you probably won't view the art perfectly associated to the center of the table. Then, if you see the artwork not centered on table/chandelier, that may be ok because the visual breakup with the sideboard may balance the entire view. And you've drawn like a long 6'+ piece, so it may conflict with that 4-gang switch box there anyway. But, I would probably just eliminate the sconces as IMO it detracts from the art anyway, and limits you in flexiblity for a different sized piece in the future. Then you can play with a centered or offset location upon hanging. I think either could work. Same logic I would apply to the sideboard, whether it can be centered or offset from the table.
